About Me

I am a
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who provides
individual therapy to adults and adolescents, as well as
couples and family therapy. My areas of clinical interest
include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life
transitions, chemical health, LGBT Issues, men’s issues,
older adult issues, spirituality and mental health. I have
conducted research and offered training in the needs of
LGBT older adults. I also have extensive experience in
career and leadership development, and am available to
clients who seek assistance in working through issues that
are affecting job satisfaction and well-being.
I engage my clients with a warm, relaxed style and work
with you to co-create a plan for understanding your needs,
resolving problems and living a healthy and more satisfying
life.
Prior to
beginning independent practice, I was a clinical social
worker at Jewish Family and Children’s Service of
Minneapolis, and Pride Institute. I received my Master of
Social Work degree from St. Catherine University and the
University of St. Thomas.
